For delivery in the UK we aim to have your products to you in 2 working days from dispatch, your product will be dispatched from our warehouse in Edinburgh. For the EU 3 working days from dispatch, your product will be dispatched from our warehouse in Barcelona, Spain.

In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the performance of D/2 Biological Solution return your product to your dispatching office within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
